Refund & Return Policy

Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is any issue with your order, we will do our best to resolve it through a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bixybay.com.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or video of the product
  • Description of the issue

After review, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full or partial refund

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery time stated in our Shipping Policy, please contact us.

We will investigate with our shipping partners (including fulfillment suppliers). If confirmed lost, we will offer:

  • Reshipment, or
  • Full refund

Returns

Due to international and warehouse-based shipping, we do not require returns for most items.

If a return is required, we will provide return instructions based on the specific case and supplier conditions.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, before processing or shipment begins.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer
  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Delays caused by customs or local courier services
  • Change of mind after shipment

Important Note

Each order is fulfilled through different logistics and warehouse partners. In rare cases, resolution (refund or replacement) may depend on product availability.

However, we always ensure a fair and customer-friendly solution.
