Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there are significant delays.

Shipping Time

We work with international suppliers and fulfillment partners, so shipping times vary depending on the destination:

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–18 business days
  • Other countries: 10–25 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Some products may include free shipping depending on promotions or supplier availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 3–5 days to become active.

Customs & Import Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
